Music Together Babies Class (Weekly for 10 weeks, 45 min. each week, various days/times to choose from)

Every child’s development benefits from early exposure to music and movement. Because the early months are so important, Music Together offers two options for babies. Babies eight months and younger at the time of registration may attend a Mixed Ages Class, whether registered on their own or attending free with an older brother or sister. Babies may also take the special “Babies Class” offered as a one-semester introduction to Music Together. (This class cannot be repeated.) The music activities and materials are specially designed for parents who want to learn as much as possible about music development in babies. Meet other parents of newborns and learn some fascinating music activities you can recreate at home with your baby.

Music Together Mixed Ages Class (Weekly for 10 weeks, 45 min. each week, various days/times to choose from)

This is the essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend birth through age four. Making music is so important for children’s music and overall development. That’s why Music Together has never been more essential. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments. Young children learn best through active exploration, play and live, meaningful interaction with the grownups they love.

Baby Signing, Singing, and Playing Class (Weekly for 4 weeks, 60 min. each week on Saturdays at 10:15am) 

Our Baby Signing Class is for children 0-5 years old and their parents.  Students will learn ASL signs through songs, finger plays, stories, games, and snacks!  You and your little one will leave each class with a  a number of new signs to incorporate into your everyday routine and most importantly this class will help your child's communication grow!

Babywearing Dance Class by GroovaRoo Dance (Runs regularly, 60 min)

In the womb, mother and baby move to the same heartbeat.  Dancing with your baby is a natural extension of this vital rhythmic synchronization.  Come enjoy the benefits of GroovaRoo Dance of bonding more deeply with your baby, improving baby's sensory-motor development, getting a low impact aerobic workout, socializing with other mamas, and gaining confidence as a new parent.  

GroovaRoo is a 60 minute beginner dance class that incorporates a fun, energetic workout focused on bonding with your baby and your friends, while also releasing tension and allowing you to enjoy some groovy, soulful line dancing.  If you are pregnant, have a squishy baby (at least 6 weeks old) or a toddler, this class is for you.

We welcome you to arrive in your own ergonomic, 2 shoulder carrier where baby can face in, heart to heart.  (i.e. soft-structured buckle carrier, stretchy wrap, or Mei Tai).  If you need help with your carrier or would like to use a carrier from the instructor's personal stash, please arrive 15 minutes early to get wrapped in the carrier.  

Wear exercise shoes and bring baby, water and a great attitude.  Previous dance experience is NOT necessary!

Sleeping Tips for Success Clinic (Run Occasionally, 60 minutes)

Hosted by Kandra Becerra with Rocky Mountain Sleeping Baby. Kandra is a certified Sleep SenseTM Consultant based in Parker, CO. The methods she teaches have been used worldwide by more than 100,000 families to quickly and easily solve their children’s sleep problems.
In this one hour class Kandra will discuss the highly requested 7 tips for sleep success. These tips are great for any age and any situation! Spanish Class for Kids with Yak Academy (Weekly for 12 weeks,  60 min. each week on Tuesdays at 11:30am)

This is a foreign language class for kids ages 1-5 year olds! Parents attend with the 1-2 year olds, and the 3-5 year olds can attend alone. CPR/AED Class (Even Months, 3rd Saturday at 1:00pm, one 2 hour class)

The CPR/AED class taught by paramedics from Heart Starter CPR & First Aid Inc.  is designed to be affordable, educational, and enjoyable! The class is handled in a way that the topics are discussed as a group with plenty of hands on practice. We promise you will walk away having learned something new and comfortable performing life saving skills if your loved one ever needs it.  A 2 year certification card is included.

    Toddler Play Group (Weekly, Every Monday from 10:00 -11:00 am)

    FREE. This group meets once a week every Monday at 10:00 am!  Toddlers can come play, meet friends, and just have fun!  Moms can chat and network as well!  

    No Registration required, just show up!

    Moms of Infants Meet-up Group (Weekly, Every Monday from 11:15 am - 12:15 am)

    FREE.  This group meets once a week every Monday at 11:15 am!  Are you a mama with an infant at home?  Do you want to chat about your experiences, let your infant roll around with other little ones your worries, and your joys, or maybe you need some mom-to-mom advice.  Maybe you just need a listening ear from someone who gets where you are.  Come on in, and join us!  There is a play area for toddlers if there is an older sibling in tow as well!!

    First Foods:  The Importance of Spoon Feeding (One-time class, runs occasionally)

    This class is designed to help parents understand the importance of first foods and spoon feeding, what foods to offer, when to offer different foods, and techniques to promote successful feedings.

    FREE Estate Planning Class for Families (One-time 60 min. class, runs occasionally)

    In this FREE educational and informative talk, Sara Bastani, Colorado Estate Planning Attorney and owner of Bastani Law Firm, LLC, talks with families about the importance of having an estate plan in place.  She offers tips to ensure your children are cared for in case of an emergency, identifies the dos and don'ts of naming a guardian for your children and explains several other estate planning documents.  You will depart this enlightening discussion with a checklist of legal documents your need to make sure your family is covered and the motivation to get them in place!

     Love and Logic (Weekly for 6 weeks, 2 hours each week, runs occasionally)

    This Parent Workshop is AMAZING and LIFE CHANGING! It is a 6 week course that meets once a week. Be prepared to relax, laugh, learn, grow, and gain confidence as a parent. You will look forward to this class each week. Our instructors for this class are simply OUTSTANDING!

        Financial Planning for Families with Little Ones (One-time class, runs occasionally)

        Being a new parent is hard enough!  Not to mention the added responsibility of planning your child's future.  In this class, John Booren will walk parents through the most important financial topics you should think about with your little ones.  Topics like:  1) Budgetingfor three (or more!), 2)  Your kids' most valuable asset (spoiler alert: it's time), 3)  A financial checklist for new parents.  Come join us and to make financial planning for your family an easier task!

        This is a FREE information session open to the public.  You can come and join us and see carrier demos, get a safety overview, and receive one-on-one assistance. Children, dads, caregivers of all kinds are welcome!

        Cloth Diapering 101 (Coming Soon)

        Did you know that a family can save $2350/child by cloth diapering! Cloth diapering is easy and fun! Yes, fun! Not only is it fun, it is cheaper, and it is healthier for baby!
